This was a lump sum contract involving interior renovations to accommodate an expanding office staff. The project consisted of the removal of existing demountable partitions and installation of new partitions, doors and interior finishes, including the upgrading of minor electrical and HVAC. Also included within the scope was an extensive network and telecommunications package to accommodate new office modules.
