Gan Parks Washroom Building

The Town of Gananoque decided to add a washroom facility for the tennis courts, Ball Diamond and Skateboard Park. Ubcon Construction Ltd. was selected as the successful contractor to build the facility. The contract involved bringing water, sewer & hydro services from the arena to the new proposed washroom location. The building itself was constructed of 8″ colored block with a wood truss roof system. The concrete floors had a trowel applied epoxy floor coating for longevity and easy maintenance and cleaning. To place the blocks in the cold temperatures a temporary structure was placed over the building and heated to allow the masonry to properly set.
