The driving force behind this project was to upgrade the ventilation into classes and workspaces. A total of 14 classrooms and 4 spaces were renovated. Upgrades included demolition and removal of ACM ceilings, new ductwork, fire rated drywall membranes, new suspended acoustical tile ceilings, new LED lighting, flooring, and painting. Three new RTU’s were installed requiring structural work on the joists below to support the new loading. This project was fast paced starting at end of June and complete for school to restart in September.
